Refund Policy

PVALines maintains a strict, clearly defined Refund Policy. By accessing or making any purchase on our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth below. No exceptions will be made outside the conditions explicitly stated in this document.

1Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the following platforms operated by PVALines:

These are collectively referred to as the "Site" or "Platform."

Completing a purchase on PVALines constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Refund Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you must not proceed with any purchase.

2Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales on PVALines are strictly final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Given the consumable and time-sensitive nature of virtual phone number rentals, we maintain an absolute no-refund policy for, but not limited to, the following situations:

  • Incorrect selections or configurations made by the user at the time of purchase
  • Failure to complete verification on any third-party platform or application
  • Change of mind, inactivity, or failure to use the rental within the rental period
  • Any issue directly or indirectly caused by user error, negligence, or misuse
  • Incompatibility with specific third-party services not guaranteed by PVALines

Important: You are solely responsible for reviewing your order before completing payment. PVALines will not entertain refund requests on the grounds of user oversight or misunderstanding of our service.

3Automatic Store Credit for Non-Functional Numbers

Store credit is the only remedy available on PVALines and is issued exclusively under the following condition: a rented phone number receives zero SMS messages during the entire rental period. This is handled automatically by our system — no manual request is required.

Store Credit Will NOT Be Issued In Any of the Following Cases:

  • At least one SMS was received on the rented number — regardless of whether the message, verification code, or content was useful, valid, or relevant to your intended use.
  • The flagging period has expired for Long-Term Rental (LTR) numbers — once this window closes, the claim is permanently void with no exceptions.
  • The account has been flagged for suspicious or abusive activity, at PVALines' sole discretion.

Abuse Warning: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the store credit system — including repeated false flagging, coordinated abuse, or fraudulent claims — will result in immediate account suspension, permanent IP ban, and disqualification from all future store credit, with no possibility of reinstatement.

4Payment Methods & Transaction Finality

PVALines accepts payments via the following methods:

Cryptocurrency

  • • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • • Litecoin (LTC)
  • • Tether (USDT)
  • • Dogecoin (DOGE)

Other Platforms

  • • Stripe
  • • Payoneer

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature. Under no circumstances will refunds be processed through any cryptocurrency channel. By choosing to pay via cryptocurrency, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the irreversible nature of the transaction.

5Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting PVALines support is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of this policy.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, PVALines reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the associated account
  • Submit comprehensive evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute
  • Block access to the platform from all associated IP addresses and devices
  • Permanently ban the user from all PVALines services with no right of appeal

All disputes must be directed exclusively to our support team before escalating to any payment provider or financial institution.

6Abuse of Refund & Store Credit Requests

PVALines operates a zero-tolerance policy toward the abuse of refund or store credit mechanisms. Any of the following behaviors will be considered a violation:

  • Submitting repeated, duplicate, or fabricated store credit claims
  • Providing false or misleading information in any support request
  • Attempting to exploit system loopholes or automate fraudulent claims
  • Coordinating with others to abuse the credit system at scale

Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination, IP-level blocking, and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or credits — without notice and without appeal. PVALines reserves the right to pursue further legal action where applicable.

7Amendments to This Policy

PVALines reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or replace this Refund Policy at any time and without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication to this page.

It is your sole responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. Ignorance of updated policy terms will not be accepted as grounds for a refund or dispute.

Contact & Dispute Resolution

All issues, number-related complaints, and store credit inquiries must be submitted through our official support channels only. Attempts to bypass this process via chargebacks or third-party disputes will be treated as a policy violation.
