By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.

1Prohibited Activities

When using our SMS verification services, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal activities or purposes
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures or access non-public systems
  • Use our services to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse refund policies
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our services
  • Attempt to verify accounts for services that prohibit our numbers

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

2Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3Purchases, Cancellation, and Refunds

SMS Verification Services

Our service provides non-VoIP phone numbers for SMS verification. Occasionally, we may add VoIP numbers by user request.

Refund Policy

  • If the verification code is not received, you will get an instant refund.
  • If you receive a wrong code, you can report the number. Our team will investigate within 24 hours.
  • If our investigation confirms the code was invalid, you will receive a refund.
  • If the code is verified as valid, no refund will be issued.
  • Users who repeatedly report valid codes as invalid may have their accounts locked.

Cancellations

Services are provided instantly upon purchase and generally cannot be canceled. Refunds are only issued according to the above policy.

4Phone Numbers

PVALines provides temporary phone numbers for verification purposes:

  • Numbers are primarily non-VoIP
  • Numbers may be reused after a cooling-off period
  • We cannot guarantee a number will work with any specific service
  • Numbers are provided on an “as-is” basis
  • We may occasionally provide VoIP numbers by special request

You agree not to use our numbers for any purpose other than SMS verification.

5Accounts, Wallet Transfers, and Balances

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Wallet and Balances

  • Account balances are non-transferable between users
  • Balances do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies
  • We reserve the right to adjust balances in cases of fraud or error
  • Refunds will be credited to your wallet balance unless otherwise requested

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

6Limitation of Liability

PVALines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

7Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where PVALines is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using our services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
